Free Local Delivery: Available within 10km of 286 Chesterville Rd, Moorabbin, 3189.

Delivery Timelines: Timelines vary based on location and our weekly dispatch schedule (ranging from 1 to 10 business days).
South, South Eastern & Eastern Suburbs (15-20km): Typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
Northern & Western Suburbs: Delivered on Saturdays (usually fortnightly).
Saturday Delivery Notice (North & West Suburbs): We will notify you 24 hours prior to delivery, and again 1–2 hours before arrival. Because we map our routes strictly for efficiency, delivery windows are generally inflexible. We try our best to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee specific times.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, if you aren't home when we arrive, we'll securely leave your items by your front door and instantly send you a photo for proof of delivery. Because we want you to be completely confident in your purchase, our team opens and inspects every mirror at the delivery address—even if you aren't there—and sends you photos of the check.
In the rare event that we can't find a safe spot for your items and can't get in touch with you, we will safely return your order to our warehouse. You are always welcome to pick it up from there, or we can schedule a redelivery for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that the initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
We do have express delivery available if you need the mirror as soon as possible or if you need your order delivered on a specific day and time. Contact us for a delivery quote to meet your schedule.
Prefer to save on shipping? Local pickup is always available by appointment, weekdays between 10am-3pm.
Need a weekend pickup? We also cater for weekend pickups by appointment from our private residence, just make sure to place your order and schedule an appointment for collection by the preceding Thursday evening.
